COVID19 Update: A message from Thomas Harrison, Managing Director

I hope you, your family and team are all safe and well.  

The challenges faced by us all in these unprecedented times are unlike anything anyone has experienced before. We wanted to communicate with you that we are still operating and are available to assist customers as best we can given the circumstances.

At Kingkraft and Sensorykraft we are assessing the situation carefully and following Government advice, feedback from our customers and colleagues and acting accordingly. Government advice to reduce the spread of the infection has been to reduce all unnecessary travel and contact with people. We take the health and safety of our team and customers very seriously, and we appreciate the extra work our staff have done to keep getting crucially needed products to customers. We have previously promoted safe working conditions by enabling home working for some administrative team members and introduced social distancing in all operations. 

Following Government advice and for the safety of all our staff and their families, last week we reduced our operating staff to the minimum. Our office staff now work from home and our factory has been reduced to skeleton teams to reduce the risk for everyone. We have now stopped our Sales Teams from visiting customers until further notice. Please be assured though your telephone and email enquiries are still being answered by staff.

We will continue distribution of products and spares for those who still require them. Our engineers have PPE and will take all necessary precautions before entering a property but we will be keeping visits to a minimum to protect our customers and staff. 

During this period we would like to thank all customers for their support and understanding and all our staff who have helped keep everything running smoothly during this difficult period.
