Christmas Holiday Opening Times & Emergency Cover Information
As we creep closer towards the festive season, we’d like to share more details about our team availability over Christmas and the New Year. During this period, our offices will remain closed, however we are running an emergency cover service.

Kingkraft will close for Christmas on the 22nd December December 2023 at 12pm and reopen on the 2nd January 2024 at 8am. There will be emergency cover only on 27th, 28th and 29th December only and our phone lines will not be monitored over this period. If you require an engineer’s attendance, please email your name, contact details and a description of the repair through to info@kingkraft.co.uk
Please note: Charges will apply, if you are not the bill payer then we must have authorisation from the bill payer prior to our attendance, without this confirmation we will not be able to confirm an engineer appointment. These dates are for emergencies only and our engineers may be able to offer over the phone advice as an alternative.
Please note, due to geographical and logistical reasons we may not be able to attend all repairs during this period. However, depending on the nature of the repair, you will be prioritised upon our return in the new year.
