Can I see a product before I purchase it?
Yes, we have Sales Managers based across the UK who can bring products out to you, alternatively you can arrange an appointment to visit our showroom in Sheffield where you can see a larger range of what we do. All demonstrations, site visits and quotes are free and with no obligation.
Do you have technical information on your products?
You will find technical information, including DWG's, dimensions, user manual and pre-install information on product page and you will also find it on our technical page. Alternatively, call our main number 0114 2690697 and will can assist you.
Can I have a demonstration on cushions and supports?
I am afraid we can not offer this service, however we offer a trial service for you to 'try before you buy' complete the hire form and return to our office.
How do I order a product?
Some of our products are available to buy online, alternatively we require written confirmation and/or an official purchase order including your Kingkraft quote number.
How long will my product take to be delivered/installed?
This depends on the product and the specification, the lead time can be from 1 week - 10 weeks. We will always give you an approximate date at the time of quoting and ordering. If you need your product by a specific date please let us know and we will try our best to achieve that, however we can not guarantee it.
Can I order spare/replacement parts from you?
Yes, you can order directly from us. Just ring our main number 0114 2690697 or email firstname.lastname@example.org include as much detail as possible, including serial number and/or the address of the product. If you are unsure what you need, a picture of the part always helps us identify it. Please bear in mind, parts over the years have become obsolete so we will always try to find the most cost effective solution if we are unable to get a part for you.
Does my product have a manufacturing warranty?
All Kingkraft products come with a one year manufacturing warranty. Five year warranty options are available and we can advise on different on going service options. Contact our office to find out more.
Do you service your equipment?
Yes, the cost of a service depends on your location and the product you require servicing. Contact our office for a quotation.
What happens if my product needs a repair?If you need a Kingkraft engineer contact our office and provide us with as much detail as possible in terms of the repair. We can not offer same day call outs but we will try and attend emergency repairs as soon as possible. Where possible, our technical team will try and assist over the phone.
