How can Kingkraft help?

Kingkraft do more than just supply a range of bathing and showering products. We understand the difficulties of Users, Carers and Families when faced with the decision to make major equipment purchases. The company is on hand throughout the decision making process to provide advice and information to the client or any third parties involved in the project. Once the appropriate Kingkraft product has been selected, ongoing support is available from our Sales Advisors and Engineers.

Product Demonstrations & Assessments

Kingkraft's aim is to provide products which are both stylish and practical to use. To ensure that all possible steps are taken to specify the correct product, the company offers no obligation demonstrations. Baths and other equipment can usually be brought to the client's residence (anywhere on mainland UK) to enable an assessment to be undertaken. The user is able to try out the products and most importantly, where required, the correct supports are determined to hold the user safely in a comfortable position.

In the case of baths, following delivery, further supports can be provided on a trial basis so that any refinements may be incorporated. Kingkraft are able to custom manufacture these supports where required. As the user's needs may change over time, Kingkraft are available at any stage to advise on any further supports which are necessary.

Bathroom Layouts

Kingkraft have designed the layout for many thousands of bathrooms over the years. With this experience, we are well qualified to provide advice on the most suitable position not only of the bath but also all other equipment where required. This will often involve liaison with third parties such as Occupational Therapists, Architects and Builders to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible.

Technical Support

Kingkraft provide comprehensive support throughout the specification and delivery process. Our pre-installation guide gives information regarding the preparation of a site prior to delivery to ensure that a site is correctly prepared for the product.

Product Installation & Commissioning

Kingkraft can install the products or provide information to the client to undertake this work themselves. Following installation of Kingkraft products our trained engineers will visit the site to ensure that the product has been installed correctly and is safe to use. The product will be checked and a commissioning certificate will be provided.

On-going Servicing

All Kingkraft products are provided with a 12 month warranty (extended warranties are available). After this time we offer a choice of servicing options in order to ensure that Kingkraft products continue to provide optimum performance and benefit to the user.
