Designers and specifiers of internal school buildings can now deliver a more inclusive changing facility. While a changing bed with a rigid surface may be suitable for many individuals, a shower bed with soft surfaces may be required by others therefore the new Changing and Shower Bed from Ropox offers a choice of surfaces in one unit.
The slats are easily removed so that cleaning the bed between users can be done effectively and quickly. Particularly useful for schools and ‘Changing Places’ facilities where there will be several users.
The standard features which Ropox have always provided include a more powerful motor and frame gives guaranteed lifting of 150kgms; height adjustment of 300-1000mms gives a comfortable transfer and working height for the carer; and the fold away mechanism provides a changing facility where space is at a premium.
